FAQ

Do You Offer Payment Plans?

Yes, there is a payment plan available to split the trip cost into simple payments. The first nonrefundable $400 payment secures your spot on the trip. Afterwards, you will have three $1,200 payments made monthly.

How Many People Will Be on the Trip?

There will be a maximum of six couples, including Amirah and Jarrell Cook.

Do You Have to be Married to Join the Bali Baecation?

Of course not. We invite all responsible and respectful couples to join the Bali Baecation.

Are LGBTQ Couples Welcome?

Uh, duh! Of course! Love is love!

Will Amirah and Jarrell Cook Actually be Accompanying Guests on the Trip?

Yes! Amirah and Jarrell will accompany you on all activities listed in the itinerary as well as the unplanned fun events that happen at the house.

Will We All Live Together?

Yes! We find it best to connect when you have the option to relax at home, so we decided to rent a large private residence with enough space for us to hang, while also offering the privacy necessary for a romantic getaway.

Will There Be Food and/or Drinks at the House?

Yes. There will always be complimentary snacks, soft drinks, and water on hand. Alcoholic drinks will also be available for an extra fee.

Are There Any Hidden Fees?

There will be upgrades available for purchase on all adventures as well as in the home. As mentioned above, alcoholic drinks will be available for an extra fee.  The same rule applies to private dinners, additional massages, souvenirs, and add-ons during day tours. Amirah and Jarrell are  available to assist you with booking any excursions you’d like during your down time, but you will be responsible for the cost of extra activities.

Are Payments Refundable?

All payments are nonrefundable. However, trips can be transferred to a different couple for a $100 fee.

What Should I Bring on the Trip?

Upon joining the Bali Baecation, you will receive a complete guide for everything to expect in Bali, including a suggested packing list, apps to download, and tips to find the best flight deals.

Will The Be Allocated Alone Time for Guests?

Of course! The goal is to introduce you to new experiences, and then give you time to enjoy them together. So, even when we are on excursions together, you will have time to enjoy the new experiences alone with your partner. You also have a full day to explore Bali on your own, in addition to regular down time between and after activities. With the exception of the last night, your evenings are completely yours, to spend hanging around the luxurious private residence, or relaxing with Bae.

Will We Be Safe?

The home we are staying in is very secure, located in an exclusive neighborhood. Security will be on call, and Amirah and Jarrell Cook will be available to assist with any problems that may arise. Bali is a very safe island with low crime, welcoming tourists and doing all they can to ensure the safety of visitors.

Will There be Nightlife Options?

As mentioned earlier, most of your evenings are yours to do as you please. While we encourage guests to party together, and welcome the idea of a group night out, it is not included in the itinerary. Therefore, it would be something we decide on during the trip, with each couple responsible for associated costs.

Is There a Curfew at the House?

There is no curfew, however, Bali is not the land of the party. Most clubs and bars close at 11 pm, so the turn up is limited. Also, after our full day excursions, you may not have much left in the tank. Between the heat and the adventure, sleep might be the best night cap.

Do I Need Travel Insurance?

Proof of travel insurance is mandatory to attend Bali Baecation. The hope is that you never need insurance, but for the times when you unfortunately do, it is worth every penny. For the length of the Bali Baecation, you can book insurance for as little as $70. The Bali Guide includes recommended travel insurance options.
